The program is built around four essential pillars that support brain healing:
Reduce inflammation in the brain
HBOT floods the brain with oxygen, restores blood flow, and supports repair of tissues affected by trauma and TBI.
Increase neuroplasticity
Ketamine and TMS promote the creation of new neural connections, helping your brain “rewire” out of stuck patterns of depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
Increase cellular energy production
Higher oxygen saturation boosts the energy your cells can generate, fueling the healing process.
Target change in the prefrontal cortex
TMS and talk therapy focus on the brain’s executive control centers so you can build new habits, manage emotions, and respond differently to triggers.
Our therapists are trained to work specifically with veterans, first responders, and their families, so you do not have to explain the culture or the unexplainable.

Please note that all treatments offered at Mind Spa are subject to the medical decision-making of a licensed psychiatric provider. We encourage our pateints to speak openly with their psychiatrist about their treatment options, as well as any concerns or questions they may have. Our team is dedicated to providing the best possible care and support to our veterans, and we look forward to helping you find the path to healing and a brighter future.
